Job Title: Mobile Notary Signing Agent

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Mobile Notary Signing Agent is responsible for witnessing and authenticating signatures, administer oaths, taking acknowledgements, and noting protests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform notary duties at various locations around Oahu
Administer oaths, take depositions or affidavits and maintain proper records

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook Must have a working vehicle and valid driver license Must have a clear driver abstract
Must have valid car insurance

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1. Must have the ability to pass a criminal background check
2. High School Diploma or Equivalency
3. Certified Public Notary in the state of Hawaii

WORK SCHEDULE

8 hour shift, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm

1. Computers
2. Phones
3. Copy and Fax
4. Machine Personal vehicle Embossed seal or stamp

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Mobile – will be driving to various locations and working in various homes, offices or other areas included but not limited to Starbucks or the back of your vehicle. Depending on where the clients want to meet, the environment could be indoors or outside in varying temperatures.
