In this section we will go over the various types of notarial acts. This will include:

• Acknowledgements
• Oaths, Affirmations, and Affidavits,
• Depositions,
• And Noting of Protests

We will also start to bring together the various parts of the notarization process that we learned about in Section 4 so you can see how they work together.
