Personal Representative and Repository for Notary Journals

We Go Notary has a program that notaries public may enroll in that allows them to assign We Go Notary as their personal representative and as their designated repository for their notary journals. Once enrolled in this program, the notary will instantly be able to start storing their notary journals with We Go Notary and We Go Notary will maintain these notary journals for the next ten (10) years.

As part of this program, We Go Notary will send out two instruction packets, one for the notary to hang on to and one to give to someone close to the notary. The instruction packets will detail out what needs to be done and when it needs to be completed by in the event the notary is declared incompetent or in the event of the notaries death. These packets will also contain important contact information for We Go Notary so that we can take over as the personal representative the moment we receive notice to do so.
