Record Journal Specifications

The tangible record journal must:

• Have a soft cover
• Be bound
• Not exceed eleven (11) inches in height and sixteen and one-half (16½) inches in width when fully opened.
• Pages must be consecutively numbered
• Must contain a notary information page
• Must contain pages for documenting all notarial acts
• All information entered on the notary information page and record pages must be printed legibly
